At Shoal Bay Beach Club Apartments we found the staff to be friendy and helpful.It wasn,t crowded which made parking easy and the shops were only minutes away as well as the Marina.
i found the bathroom to be a little small.

The fire alarm was too sensitive to be activated by steam from the bathroom. They should install a proper ventilation system in the bathroom.

Close to Shoal Bay and a 5 minutes drive outside of Nelson Bay. Used as a stopover driving the Pacific Highway. Hunter Valley is a 70 minutes drive from the hotel and Sydney around 120 minutes.

I loved everything about this Beach Club Apartments it is really Value for money and it has everything we needed and the fact that it was close to the beach mad it really amazing, it is true that the bathroom is a bit small but hey that’s how a Beach apartment should look like! Just a nice shower and with no bathtub other than that you've got everything you'd want.

The room was ground floor and the balcony was under the building. The apartment received no sun. It was dark and the in and exit drive way was right there. If we had the curtains open everyone could see in as they drove past. The smoke alarm went off at 6.30am. I would never book there again. I only booked there because it was a last minute thing.

The Parking was very convenient and the hotel was very clean...could not fault it.
It needed some minor repairs.The sofa bed would collapse while trying to sit, move around. The shower door kept sliding off and the bathroom door would not latch properly.
